Welcome!
Welcome to the website of 'The Gathering' church' based in North Leatherhead. We are simply a bunch of ordinary people who believe that they are caught up in an extraordinary story all about how God has sought to bring healing and restoration to this world through the life, death, and resurrection of his Son, Jesus. We also believe that God invites us to be part of this work and so together we are seeking ways of living for the good of our neighbours, the flourishing of our community, and for the glory of God.
To help us figure out how best to do this we have five core values that lie at the heart of all that we are and all that we do. These five values are Shared Faith, Shared Lives, Shared Practices, Shared Purpose, and Shared Place and you can lean more about why these are important to us by clicking on the icons below. We meet regularly at Leatherhead Community Hub (LCH) on the Kingston Rd but you can lean more about us by clicking on the 'About' section at the top of the page.

Monthly Rhythm
Below is our regular monthly rhythm of gathering on a Sunday.
Anyone and everyone is welcome!
WEEK ONE
A gathering all together at The Hub where will learn together, worship together, and break bread together.
WEEK TWO
A gathering in peoples homes where we will continue to explore the focus of the current series.
WEEK THREE
A gathering back in The Hub for more teaching, worship, and the breaking of bread.
WEEK FOUR
A gathering in The Hub with a focus on how we live out what we are learning together
Global Week of Prayer
This September 24-7 Prayer are calling people across the world to dedicate themselves to a week of prayer calling for God's kingdom to come on earth as it is in heaven. As of this moment there are 497 prayer rooms registered across many different countries and cultures and we want to play our part. In light of this we are partnering with Bookham Baptist Church and other local believers to set some time aside to seek God and to lift up the name of Jesus over our community. Whether you are new to prayer of whether this is all very familiar we would love for you to join us for this time. The details are as follows:
DATES: 6th - 13th September
PLACE: The Pigeon Shed and BBC
WHO: Anyone and everyone are welcome
FOCUS: The theme is 'At the name of Jesus' from Philippians 2:9-11
HOW: You can sign up for hourly slots by clicking the link below
